It feels like there are so many things to take beautiful pictures of at the moment 😍 and lots of joy for the first signs of Autumn as the sun moves from Leo to Virgo, the threshold season is approaching and we are sure to have an amazing display of autumn colours and seasonal changes in nature this year after the incredible summer 🌞 my grapes are ready super early, the fire thorn already has berries on, and the Sunflowers are just beautiful 🌻🧡 the wheel of the year runs to its own clock and it’s a timely reminder for us to do the same 😊

Summer days ☀️ a little explore out to Bolsover Castle and Hardwick Hall. If you don’t know the life of Bess of Hardwick I would highly recommend giving her a look up, a woman who not only played the system in the time of Elizabeth I, but she beat it over and over again to become one of the most powerful and wealthy women in Britain ♥️

Client sessions done by 3, on the beach for 4 today ☀️ my favourite way to cleanse and recharge my energy field is by the water 🌊 I also have a thing for rocks 😅 not just pretty crystals! Modern life can be an overload of positively charged ions from all of the technology and electrical equipment we are exposed to, when our ionic balance is off we can feel all up in our heads, disconnected and even lose our perspectives a bit. It’s easy to find ourselves in a spiral when we are energetically off kilter. Nature carries huge charges of negative ions, so large bodies of open water, forests and mountains can all provide what we need to rebalance our own electrical and magnetic fields. Bringing us back in to the body, and back to our centres. Being by the sea is healing in so many ways, even the salt in the air helps to open our airways and clear bacterial infections, so if you are starting with a bug, get yourself to the seaside and breathe deeply! Oh and I definitely had chippy with some deep fried batter options 🤣 grounding food right? 👏
