Yesterday's Colour Run at Irchester Country Park launched our Switch Up September campaign in style. ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽŠ

A big thank you to everyone who took part and to all our volunteers. Great atmosphere, lots of colour, and plenty of fun had by all.

Next up for Switch Up September, we'll be joining the Lodge Park Family Fun Day, from 1pm-4pm on Sunday 13th September at Lodge Park Sports Centre organised by North Northamptonshire Active Communities. More amazing prizes on offer for coming along...we hope to see you there!

Switch Up September is a month-long campaign encouraging children, young people, families and schools across North Northamptonshire to eat well, move more and scroll less.

Whether it's trying a healthier snack, getting active outdoors, walking more, or taking a break from screens, every positive change can make a difference.

Schools can also take part in the Switch Up September School Competition, with fantastic prizes available:

โญ Tier 1: ยฃ200 Decathlon voucher for sports equipment
โญ Tier 2: Active Families sessions in school
โญ Tier 3: University of Northampton Experience Day

There are challenges to suit different levels of participation, so every school can get involved.
