Bank Holiday weekend Sauna fun 😄🔥🙏🏖️🔥🔥open Saturday 9-5pm Sunday 9-5 and Bank Holiday Monday 10-3pm , come and enjoy the weather , the sea is currently 15 degrees so sauna and sea swimming will be so refreshing this weekend 🤩❤️🙏🔥😄
Tony from BKSA has SUP boards for hire at £15 each .
Also Karolina from Massage a la Plage is open 11-4pm so come and enjoy a relaxing massage pre or post Sauna .

Sound bath and Sauna this Sunday at 3.30 and we have two spaces available. Hayley has a Sound bath studio opposite Beach green where you will spend a luxurious hour relaxing and soaking in the mystical sound experience , following this you walk a minute to Seaside Sauna where you relax even more for another hour and really allow your body and mind to unwind , to book there’s a link below , it’s only £40 per person 😄🤙🔥🙏🧘‍♀️

If you are living or recovering from Cancer ,or know someone that is , we are organising once a month , a free sauna session so that people can come together for a lovely Sauna , to relax , unwind and have a nice time .
