💪The body really does keep a check on everything that is being processed, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, energetically, and physically.

📌Whatever is going on for us externally or internally at one of these levels has a knock on effect in another area.

📌We are “joined-up” holistic beings, with a body that keeps us anchored in the physical realm!

📌My work allows me to witness many people with emotional issues that are affecting them physically, it is interesting that at the moment many folks are beginning to join the dots and realise that emotions can cause issues at a physical level.
