Trying to verbalise and reason from a place of our own nervous system being in survival mode, is about as effective as shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted!
It is pointless.
During the first 4 weeks of the programme, we go through a few techniques and ways to notice our own nervous systems and how to regulate.
From a place of regulation, is where we can feel the shifts in atmosphere and energy and see the changes happening before our very eyes.

Tech is not my forte, but I am willing to learn, adapt, and embrace to reach, share and inform.
My strengths are understanding the body, the nervous system, regulation, the gut-brain connection and how this affects our mood, sleep, digestion AND the mind-body connection- ‘how we feel’ can impact our posture and ability to move.
