🌿 Listening to the Body's Wisdom 🌿
We spend much of our lives listening to clocks, calendars, notifications and other people's expectations.
But our bodies are communicating with us all the time.
Through our breath.
Through our energy levels.
Through tension and ease.
Through the way we feel when we wake up in the morning or move throughout the day.
This week, we'll explore what happens when we slow down enough to listen.
Yoga isn't about forcing the body into shapes or pushing through discomfort. It's about developing awareness and learning to work with ourselves rather than against ourselves.
The more we learn to listen, the more we begin to recognise that our bodies hold a great deal of wisdom. Often, they are quietly telling us when we need rest, when we need movement, when we need support, and when we are stronger than we realise.

Then £5 per class or £20 per month
What you'll need:
• A yoga mat or comfortable floor space
• A blanket
• A cushion or pillow
• One or two yoga blocks (or thick books)
• A wall nearby if possible
