So grateful to the wonderful women who came to yesterday's LOVE Friday , a 2.5 hour mid morning sanctuary, combining the gentle yet powerful plant medicine of cacao along with the deep resonance of sacred sounds from Gongs, bowls, rattles and...this beautiful monolina in D, the latest addition to my musical family!

Thank you Amy for passing it on to me preloved yet feels like new, I felt so joyful and peaceful as I played.

I'm excited to learn more about this lovely instrument, and grateful to my dear sister Ali for making it happen when it did and to Zoe .presents
for capturing this moment in yesterday's soundbath and for assisting me so beautifully 💜

As we are in the full bloom of May, I felt inspired by bringing in a bit of English herb therapy, connecting our senses to the scents, touch and taste of fresh herbs including chives, rosemary, thyme, mint, lemon verbena, lavender, sage and oregano (thanks to contributions from my lovely neighbour Jean's garden!)

So thankful for this opportunity to take a pause from the busyness of life and gather with likeminded souls for nourishing Friday daytime gatherings with two of my favourite joys, cacao and sound.

Limited to 12 spaces, the next one is on Friday 11th September and Friday 9th October 11.15am to 1.45pm. And maybe one in August if there is availability and the wish for one! 🌷

And just like that....we entered the merry month of May!

Beltane blessings to all 🌿🌷💦

It's been quite a while since I've been up here and I have some catching up to do with lots of exciting, as well as tough, things happening in life these past months.

This morning, to mark Beltane and the Well dressing festival in Malvern, some of us early birds woke at 3.45am to meet by St Ann's Well and walk together in silence, across the rugged terrain to Dripping Well.

As we watched the sun rise together with the tinkling sounds of the flowing water, Jonathon Penley and .xerriwest guided us beautifully through some songs, in memory of the late Paul Sandover, that Paul had written as well as his poetry read by Phil.

The atmosphere was calm, humble, kind, with deep reverence for the nature we found ourselves immersed in and the dawn chorus of birds which penetrated our beings.

What a gift this life, every day a new dawning.
What a gift the kind folk we find ourselves in community with, some of us strangers but all made welcome.

So lovely to also experience this with and the others who joined us.

What a lovely chilled evening yesterday, learning to make incense, smudge sticks to cleanse and restore, willow moon smudge sticks by candlelight with some wonderful souls.

It felt so good to sit in circle, crafting together, men, women, and children. Laughing, chatting, singing and indulging in all the delicious puddings!

Thank you .presents for your warm welcome and for guiding us so patiently & wisely, all was so beautifully prepared.

Glowing from the company of some lovely ones and the sweet, aromatic smelling herbs, spices and resins.

Looking forward to more of these gatherings in the future. Thanks Zoe, Lex and all your family for making us feel so at home.

Just landing back after a wonderful weekend in Cornwall in the beautiful space in Helston.

Our annual Samhain All night Gong Puja was made all the more special this year as we decided to wear red to honour our bloodline, our ancestors, the divine feminine and the deep richness of this season.

A full weekend of training led by the brilliant Ali , with the participation of her fabulous students and dear sound sister Tess , as we each took turns to play throughout the night to create a beautiful seamless weaving of sound.

There’s something truly magical about holding space together in this way — through the night, riding the waves of vibration, breath, and silence as the dawn slowly returns. ✨

Feeling deeply nourished, inspired, and grateful to share this practice and this lineage with such devoted souls.

More Puja dates to come in 2026 (May in Cornwall and October in Herefordshire).

A week ago marked three years since my dear Dad, Anthony Lunch or Pop as he was fondly called by his six grandchildren, passed away.

As the date approached, I thought I was OK this year. With my family spread across countries, I knew we’d connect on a video call and share our remembrance. I even scheduled my regular Soundbath that day without much thought.

But as it drew closer, I felt uneasy — sleepless, unsettled, a knot in my stomach. I realised his death was the catalyst for many other losses in my life, like a boulder set rolling.

Three years on, we’re still learning how to be a family without Dad as our solid centre.

I decided to honour the day by inviting those attending the soundbath to bring photos or mementos of loved ones to create a small shrine in honour of their memory. A way to acknowledge love and loss together.

It was a very special evening and I'm so grateful to all who came and shared photos and stories with me about the loved ones they have also lost. Tonight we will do the same 🙏🏼🕊️🌹

As Samhain approaches — the time of honouring ancestors and stepping into darkness — many believe the veil between worlds grows thin. Can you feel this too? Are those you’ve lost closer in your thoughts? Are little reminders showing themselves to you?

I hope that you feel their spirit close with all the love, light and guidance they have to offer you. 🌷

I have been taking things slow on social media, feeling the need to switch off and today, feeling a joyful expansiveness (the extra hour has helped!) after a lovely long walk, I'd love to share some of what I've been up to over the past month or so.

Almost a month to the day, I had the pleasure of being a part of in Herefordshire, a day full of nourishment, so rich and full in every way 🍁🍂🍄🔥

Thank you to everyone who came and to the incredible facilitators, soulful sisters that I feel truly honoured to have played alongside (and lucky to have enjoyed their offerings all day!) I so enjoyed weaving sounds with dear Sofia ❤️








Thank you to Caitlin and Paul for organising such a beautiful event which brought us together to dance, move, share, drum, chat, fry and laugh! What a joyful release.

Happy start to September! 🍂🌿🌳

I am on my way back after a long weekend with dear old friends in France. It came at a much needed time as I felt quite burnt out last week and in need of rest.

So grateful to have calm, supportive friends, to my mum for letting us stay in her apartment and to my daughter's dad for being with our daughter.

And what a wonderful place from which to view the full moon lunar eclipse last night! So magical.

The most joyful day in the sunshine birthing my first drum and she is a beauty!

Made out of ethically sourced Scottish Red deer and adorned by Sally's special sunny citrine, I will have to be very patient whilst waiting for her to dry...at least 10 days before I can play her. The best things are always worth waiting for, right?

Thank you so much to the talented who organised and facilitated the day, it was clear to see how many years experience (and how many hundreds) of drums she has birthed into this world. The best teacher and guide, patient and loving, encouraging and supportive throughout. The whole process was a complete joy.

Thank you to dear Zoë .presents and family for hosting us all day in your beautiful garden and feeding us delicious food and teas, everything so lovingly handmade including the cooling peppermint spray to refreshen us on a hot day and for rustling up a delicious vegan chocolate cake at teatime.

Thank you beautiful Vic for the lovely photos you took and for your amazing company which completed our sister circle today.

I came home so joyful and nourished, still buzzing and have been so productive...so glad to feel some lightness after the heaviness of this past week. Thank you thank you!! 🌞

Welcoming August with new extended Sound baths , fortnightly on Monday evenings from 7pm to 8.15pm around the new and full moons.

I'm so excited to be back in the beautiful calming space of The Cart House this Monday 11th August for the first extended session, an extra 15 minutes to allow for deeper immersion into the sounds.

This next session is fully booked but there are still a few spaces on Bank holiday Monday 25th August if you feel the need for some relaxation as we near the end of the summer holidays.
