Helping to restore balance to your horse emotionally and physically.

To relax the body you must first relax the mind 💚

💚 Removing tension will unlock the body and encourage the horse to move more freely with better range of motion. Relaxation promotes wellness and when tension is no longer present, the body is able to self heal 💚

Today I met pretty Polly for her first massage session. Polly is lucky and has found herself a wonderful home. We introduced massage to her and focused on some areas of tension in the poll, pectorals and hamstrings 🫶

First treatment of the day was the lovely Zack. He is really receptive to energy work, so after his treatments he enjoys some craniosacral therapy to finish 🫶

Holly had her routine treatment today. She has regular chiropractor treatments with equissage between these to support her comfort and maintenance. It’s great when different therapies are used together for the benefit of the horse - massage between chiropractic adjustments is one of my favourite treatment combos 🫶
