Welcome to September!

Thank you for being part of The Regent Health Club & Spa. We’ve got another busy month ahead, with further investment, new facilities, refurbishment work and some great-value ways to enjoy even more of the club.

💪 Reformer Pilates — Now Only £6.99 Per Class

Reformer Pilates is now only £6.99 per class.

Non-members are welcome and can book online here:

Members: please book your classes through the Regent app.

Whether you’re completely new to Reformer or already a regular, it’s a great way to improve strength, flexibility and core stability.

☕ New Café Bar — Coming Early October

Following lots of member feedback, a brand-new café bar will be opening on the cardio floor in early October.

It will serve:

• Coffee
• Protein shakes
• Pre-workout shots
• Protein bars
• Grab-and-go refreshments

There will also be a new seating area where members can relax before or after training.

🚿 Changing Room Improvements

Our refurbishment programme continues throughout the autumn.

Men’s Changing Room Shower Block
A full refurbishment will begin during October

Ladies’ Changing Room Shower Block
A complete refurbishment is planned for October.

✨ Reception Refurbishment

Our reception and entrance area is also scheduled for a complete redesign and refurbishment during November, creating a more premium welcome for members and guests.

New Fitness Equipment has arrives

Our latest has now arrived including the 6 stair climbers and strength pieces from Primal Fitness

We’re continuing to invest in the gym floor and will keep reviewing equipment based on member feedback and usage.

📱 Lifetime Member Guest Sign-In

Guests of Lifetime Members now use our new digital guest sign-in system.

All Lifetime Member guests must scan the QR code and complete the quick guest form before entering the club.

This replaces the previous paper signing-in sheet.
