To help us keep things running smoothly and ensure we can get everyone the care they need, just a gentle reminder about our 24-hour cancellation policy.

Why do we have this?
When you book an appointment, our therapists reserve their time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, giving us at least 24 hours’ notice allows us to offer that opening to another patient who might be on our waiting list or dealing with pain.

🕒 Notice required: 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

📲 How to let us know: Contact the therapist leading your appointment. Their contact details can be found on our Website’s Therapists Page (link in our bio! 🔗).

⚠️ Late cancellations/No-shows: May be subject to a “Late Cancellation Fee” to cover the costs of the therapist’s time and lost income.
