Our July Beginner Equipment Foundations Course is well underway!

We’re now halfway through the four-week course, and this lovely group has been learning how to use the equipment safely, building confidence and discovering the foundations of Classical Pilates.

Our next Beginner Equipment Foundations Course will begin in September. It’s designed specifically for complete beginners, so no previous equipment experience is needed.
