One of the things I hear most often is, "I was so nervous before my first visit!" The truth is, group is simply a friendly, supportive place where people come together to share ideas, celebrate successes and encourage one another. You'll have a private weigh-in, plenty of food and recipe inspiration, practical tips and lots of motivation to help you build healthy habits that last.

What a week of inspiration in our groups! ❤️

🏆 MONDAY 5PM
Our incredible Woman of the Year, Sarah, has continued to smash her goals and has lost an absolutely incredible 2st 5.5lbs so far! 👏🏻🔥

🏆 MONDAY 7PM
And then there’s Claire… despite battling through some challenges with her health right now, she has absolutely smashed 3st 1.5lbs! 💪🏻❤️
What an achievement, and what determination!

🏆 TUESDAY 9AM
Emma is now at her lowest weight for a long, long time, having lost an incredible 7st 11.5lbs 🙌🏻✨

But what makes these ladies even more special is that they aren't just working hard for themselves.

They are supporting, encouraging and inspiring the people around them, cheering on their fellow members and helping to make our groups the incredible communities they are. ❤️

✨ Between these amazing women, they have lost a phenomenal 13 STONE 4.5lbs! ✨

That deserves a HUGE round of applause! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
