Life Is Sound hosts the UK’s largest regular sound bath events, alongside virtual sessions, guided meditations, podcast conversations, and experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and remember who you are.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. ✨

The conversations I’ve had with people who were there last night have really helped me see just how much you experience these sessions in your own way.

Last night, just over 200 people came together inside Manchester Cathedral, and it was magic.

Almost half the room were experiencing Life Is Sound for the very first time, while the rest chose to come back and experience it all over again.

Some people even travelled up from London to be there. 🙏🏼

Whether last night was your first Life Is Sound experience or you’ve been with me before, thank you for choosing to spend that time with me.

I never take it for granted.

Every time we fill a space like this, I’m reminded that what we’re creating is about so much more than sound. It’s the moments, the connections, the stillness, and whatever you personally take away with you afterwards.

If you’d like to experience the next one, we return to Manchester Cathedral on 15th November for our final Cathedral date of the year.

Years ago, anxiety used to control my life.

It was debilitating at times, and for a long time I didn’t fully understand why my mind and body were responding the way they were.

But I began doing the work. Understanding my patterns, questioning my reality and changing the relationship I had with those feelings.

Over time, anxiety stopped having the same hold over me.

A few more days and we return to Manchester Cathedral ✨

We’re expecting over 200 people to join us on the last day of August as we transition into September.

It feels like the perfect time to take a moment to reflect, reset and let go of anything you don’t want to carry forward into the final part of the year.

There’s something truly special about filling this beautiful space with sound, stillness and hundreds of people choosing to slow down together.

A little look behind the scenes of a Life Is Sound evening ✨

From everything packed up and ready to go, to setting the space, laying out the instruments and eventually watching the whole room settle into stillness.

There’s something I love about the ritual of it all. Every instrument, every sound and every small detail becomes part of the experience.

And then, for a little while, a room full of people gets to simply stop.

Sound has a beautiful way of bringing us back to ourselves and bringing us all together for a shared experience which is still very much an individual one 🧡
