A few weeks ago I was invited into someone’s community to hold space for their members — a group chakra balance, and honestly? the energy in that virtual room was 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘶𝘭.

Crystals laid out. Intentions set. A room full of souls ready to receive.

We cleared. We balanced. We let the crystals work.

ALIGN is a monthly crystal and sound healing journey through the chakras, running from May through December 2026 in Chorlton at the Chorlton Health Hub on the first Sunday of every month.

Each month we hold a soft, nurturing space where crystal healing and live sound healing weave together to support a different chakra — from the roots that ground you, all the way up to the crown that connects you to something greater. Can you feel it? That thing sitting quietly in your chest — the part of you that’s been holding its breath, waiting. 💜

April’s collective message from the Akashic Records is clear: something in you is ready to be seen, to be integrated — but you’ve been keeping it dimmed. Stifled. Hidden, even from yourself.

And here’s what the Records want you to hear: you don’t need to be a different person before you’re allowed to breathe easy.

The shadow work, the tender uncovering, the uncomfortable looking — that’s not separate from who you are. That IS who you are becoming.

Don’t run from the integration. Sit with it. Let it move through you and settle into the beautiful soul you already are.

About last week… 🌸

Blossoms on the trees. My regular makers market. Time with the littlest one. Crystals on the table and purple butterflies showing up like they knew something I didn’t.

And they did.

Because the spring equinox landed this week and I felt it — that unmistakable shift. Like the world exhaled. Like something that had been held tight finally let go.

That’s the energy the Records have been pointing to all month.

Release. Reset. Breathe.

Those buds on the trees? They didn’t force it. They just trusted that after all that cold and dark, their moment was coming. And here it is.

So is yours, magickal one.

You’ve been doing the work — even when it didn’t look like much from the outside. Even when it felt like nothing was moving. Look at where you were this time last year. You are not the same person.

The sunshine is here. Stand in it. You’ve earned it. 🌞
