Why Chainese medicine practitioner asking to show the tongue?
Because ,In TCM theory, different tongue characteristics are interpreted as signs relating to things such as digestion, hydration, circulation, heat/cold patterns and the body's overall balance. The practitioner combines this with questions about your symptoms and often checking your pulse.
No always happens. My self can tell you that no very often I do ask for tongue examination especially when the issue is a very simple condition.

Let’s talk a little more about FIRE CUPPING 🔥⭕

Very often, when I suggest fire cupping as an additional therapy that could help with someone’s pain or discomfort, I get the same questions:

“Is it painful?”
“How does it work?”

My answer is always similar…

First, think about the pain you’re experiencing now. How long have you had it? How much is it affecting you? And how much would you like to feel better?

Many of us take painkillers without thinking twice about how they work or the potential effects of using them regularly. So why not also learn about other approaches that may help manage pain and muscle tension?

🔥 So, what is fire cupping?

Fire cupping is a traditional therapy where cups are placed on the skin using suction. This can help encourage blood flow to the area, release muscle tension and may provide temporary relief from muscular aches and discomfort.

Some people find the treatment incredibly relaxing!

And yes… you may leave with those famous red or purple circles ⭕😂. These are temporary cupping marks and normally fade over time.
