Meet the Team: Martin Leonard, Sales Associate

Martin has been part of Bailey Instruments for four years, and during that time he’s experienced almost every stage of the customer journey.

He began in the warehouse, progressed into the office as an Administrative Assistant and has now moved into his current role as a Sales Associate, meeting customers face-to-face and supporting clinics directly.

Having worked across the business gives Martin a valuable understanding of what happens from the moment a customer first gets in touch, through to their order being processed, picked, packed and shipped.

That full-circle experience helps him provide practical advice, answer questions and make sure customers receive the support they need.

Martin’s journey also reflects the opportunities available to develop and progress within Bailey Instruments, something he’s rightly proud of.

Outside of work, Martin is a family man and a big sports fan. He also volunteers as the coach of his local Under-15s football team, helping young players develop their skills, confidence and ability to work together.
