My yoga classes are a bit different…

I specialise in helping people who can’t - or don't want to - attend 'normal' yoga classes. That might be because of a particular injury, health condition or learning disability for instance. Don't ever think that you can't 'do' yoga - I promise that as long as you can breathe on your own (without the help of a machine) then I can design a suitable class for you!

My style of yoga is gentle, slow and mindful. We really notice the sensations we feel in our bodies as we move, and what emotions or thoughts that movement evokes. Physical practice is only one of the 8 ‘limbs’ of yoga, and my teaching encompasses all of the other limbs too.

I work on an appointment basis. Personal classes can be booked whenever you like - you don’t have to stick to the same day or time every week. This makes them perfect for anyone working shifts or irregular hours.
