🚨 WE’RE HIRING – INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURER (IQA) 🚨
Nationwide First Aid Training Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for a qualified and experienced IQA to join our growing team ASAP.
As a recognised QNUK-approved centre, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, engaging, and compliant training across a wide range of regulated and bespoke courses.
🔍 What we’re looking for:
We require a competent IQA who can internally quality assure across all courses delivered by Nationwide First Aid Training Ltd, including (but not limited to):
First Aid at Work (RQF)
Mental Health
Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)
Paediatric First Aid
Fire Safety & Fire Marshal
Manual Handling
Basic Life Support & AED
Catastrophic Bleeding Control
Pre-Hospital FPOSI
Security/medical-related training programmes
✅ Essential requirements:
Relevant IQA qualification (e.g. Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice or equivalent)
Experience working within regulated qualifications (RQF)
Strong understanding of compliance, standardisation, and awarding organisation requirements
Ability to support, monitor, and develop trainers/assessors
Commitment to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement
