We love helping the runners at these events, providing them with sports massage before and after the run.

This week, we have a temporary change to reception hours, due to staff holiday.

Our new hours are:
Monday 3rd August 10am-6pm
Tuesday 4th August 8am-2pm
Wednesday 5th August 9am-5pm
Thursday 6th August- No reception cover.
Friday 7th August- Back to normal hours

We have an experienced team of specialists to help you with your injury

We can also help with sports massage to aid recovery from gruelling training sessions!

Injury rehabilitation now available!

We’re excited to be launching our new service 😃

These appointments are for you if:

✅ You are injured and don’t know what to do to help recovery

✅ You aren’t confident in exercise technique

✅ You need motivation and support with your rehab exercises

✅ You are injured and want to speed up recovery

✅ You are recovering from surgery

✅ You are returning to sport after injury

✅ You want to reduce risk of injury

These appointments are 30 minutes or 60 minutes.

A 60 minute appointment can be split to include hands on treatment of your injury.
