Last week at Brookside Corby we needed to move for the week to the village Hall while some work was being done in the building, I would like to thank everyone for the support in the last minute change in venue. This didn't stop all the clients enjoying the sun and the space we had in the hall lots of smiles and laughter by everyone. I am happy to say we will be back at Brookside from Monday and look forward to seeing you all for another fun, week have a lovely weekend 😀

It’s been an absolute scorcher this week….☀️☀️

What has everyone been up to during this heatwave?🥵☀️

We made fruit kebabs it’s a variety of fresh hydrating fruits 🍉🍇🍎🍓🍌🥭
We also watched the celebration for oak apple day at all saints church - learning about our towns history and watching the mayor crown the kings statue❤️

Such a lovely way to start our day 🤍

This morning we did Dance Fit together and it was the perfect reminder of how movement, music, and having fun can have such a positive impact on mental wellbeing too.

With it being Mental Health Awareness Week, it felt like such a good opportunity to slow down, move our bodies, laugh together, and do something that simply made us feel good. Dancing really can lift your mood, boost confidence, and help you switch off from everyday stress — even if it’s just for a little while ✨
