💙 Our weekly round up at Brookside 🧡

🎶 Body percussion, musical instruments, boomwhackers and of course a bit of karaoke and singing.

🏃‍♀️ In the gym on the treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, boxing and darts!

🤠 Learning the cotton eye joe line dance and making a TikTok video.

🧑‍🍳 Making chilli con carne, shopping for ingredients, chopping vegetables and cooking.

🫖 Preparing decorations for our afternoon tea party.

🤗 Hugs and making new friends.

🪡 Textiles, making jewellery, sewing dog bandanas and more.

💻 Preparing for our Centre Parcs holiday this month!

🎲 Games afternoon playing dobble and everyone’s favourite Jenga!

We would like to invite all parents, guardians and caregivers to come and celebrate Brookside’s 9th birthday with us at our afternoon tea party, we haven’t seen you all in a while and would love to show you what we’ve been up to!

It is free to attend, open until 6pm so arrive whenever you can, we would love all of our clients and caregivers to join in the fun, food and games.

It’s Party Time 🥳

Brookside Northampton turns 9 and we would love for all of our clients in Northampton & Corby to celebrate with us!

We will be hosting an afternoon tea party on Thursday 10th September between 3 and 6pm in Northampton! 🫖

Dress code is dress to impress, vintage tea party style 🍰

Our Awesome Week So Far 🤩

🎨 Arts and Crafts to start the week off using paints, watercolours and cotton buds to design our own butterflies.

👩‍🍳 We have also been baking chocolate cupcakes, going out into the community to buy the ingredients.

🕺 Everyone tried Bollywood dancing, getting up and moving our bodies is important to get the blood flowing then a nice cool down calming yoga session.

🛝 Walks to the park, playing on the swings, roundabout, seesaw and keeping ourselves hydrated with water!
