This weekend we are booked in for 2 private events! So we won't be open in Harleston.

However, you can catch us Friday evening for summer solstice at Live Well Gym Bungay for a sauna, smoothies & self care evening, get in touch with them to book 😍

Saturday we are off to the beautiful Swattlesfield campsite for a private event.

I don't know about you but life is crazyyyy for us right now! Spinning lots of plates with 3 kids, getting this business going, our day jobs, got to walk the dogs and cut the grass and fill out a form and fix the...etc and do a million other things, ugh the list is endless 🤣

But - one things for sure we are certainly commiting to our contrast therapy and I cant tell you how much it's helping us cope with the madness ✨️ so here's your sign if life feels overwhelming right now - give yourself an hour, or even half an hour, and come and try a sauna and cold dip. It will help you show up in your life with better energy, more balance and a clear mind. We cant rate it enough. That's why we built a business around it, because we know the difference it makes and how it can help people.

Hey Guys, we thought we should put some faces on our page so you can start getting to know us 😊 We're Greg and Jess, we're the founders of Fire & Flow sauna. Thank you for being here with us while we begin our journey 🤎
Greg is working hard on the sauna build & in the mean time we're on the look out for some lovely places to pop up and potentially a permanent spot in Harleston, Diss, Beccles, Bungay & the surrounding areas!
