🌿 **A little update from Contented Sole** 🌿
I can hardly believe it’s been nearly **5 years** since I qualified as an FHT registered reflexologist. Where has that time gone?!
When I first started, I introduced my treatments at an introductory price and, rather amazingly, that £30 reflexology price has stayed the same for nearly five years! 😂
A lot has changed since then too. Alongside reflexology, I’ve continued to develop my knowledge and have also trained as a **Menopause Wellness Coach**, which I find particularly helpful when supporting clients whose reason for having reflexology or other treatments is connected with menopause symptoms and wellbeing.
So, after a lot of thought, I’ve decided it’s time for a small price increase. From **1st September**, my holistic treatment prices will be:
🌿 **Reflexology – £35**
🌿 **Holistic Rejuvenation Facial – £30**
🌿 **Full Spa Pedicure – £35**
I’ve kept the increases as modest as possible because I genuinely value every one of my lovely clients and I’m so grateful for the support you’ve given me over the years. ❤️
I also want to keep my **two-treatment offer**, as I know how popular this has become:
✨ **Any two holistic treatments – £55** ✨
So you can still combine, for example, reflexology and a facial, or reflexology and a pedicure, and save £10.
As my training, experience and the time I spend with each client have grown, I also need to make sure my prices are more in line with other professional practices.

I absolutely love what I do and, five years on, I still feel very lucky to have created a little space where people can come, switch off, feel listened to and hopefully leave feeling a little better than when they arrived.
