✨ Following the success of my previous menopause workshops, I’m excited to be hosting a brand new Menopause Wellness Retreat Afternoon at The Mindful Monkey in Whitchurch ✨
This relaxed and supportive afternoon has been created to help women better understand menopause while also taking time to rest, reset and focus on themselves in a calm, welcoming environment.
For just £60, your afternoon includes:
🌿 Guided menopause wellness session
🌿 Spa access including hot tub, sauna & optional cold water dipping
🌿 Initial consultation & 1 to 1 time with a Registered Menopause Wellness Coach
🌿 Anti-inflammatory food tasting, healthy snacks & refreshments
