What are your favourite Hampstead places to take visiting friends?

19/10/2026

What would you do if someone clapped in a patronising way in front of other professionals?

While we’re celebrating let’s open our minds to all the professionals who are working tirelessly to support women.

IM8 evidence scorecard based on publicly available data:

Follow for this evidence-based breakdowns of supplements series

Transparency: 6/10
Product quality: 7/10
Clinical evidence (finished product): 3/10
Strength of claims vs evidence: 5/10
Overall confidence: 5/10

Structured manufacturing and third-party testing signals are present, suggesting reasonable product quality control.

However, the finished-product clinical evidence is limited, and the strength of marketing claims appears to exceed what is currently supported by publicly available data.

For me, this is about the strength of the evidence.

If you want another supplement reviewed, drop it in the comments or DM me.

It’s been a tough month and we’re coming out the other side. I find it hard to share in the moment of the struggle as in this instance I actually just didn’t have a moment to myself but also because I find it hard to do that. I always find people who do that so brave and I admire them.

Anyways random thoughts in my head that I’m writing while walking to work.

Happy Thursday to you my lovelies🫶

The photos are by the lovely TONI H***E ✰ and choreographed by the equally lovely The South Coast Concierge - thanks ladies for making me smile and laugh.
