🤍 Coming home from Holiday to this fantastic news has really made my week. I'm delighted & honoured to have received recognition in the UK hair & beauty awards. Knowing that hundreds of businesses entered this year’s awards makes this recognition feel even more special. Specialising in a variety of holistic therapies, The Luna Room has built a reputation for personalised service, technique expertise and outstanding client care. Their 2026 placing marks an exciting milestone & celebrates the hard work, passion and commitment behind the business.

It’s time for me to switch off for a little while & enjoy some much-needed rest, relaxation & precious family time. 🥰☀️

I’ll be taking a short break from the treatment room & will be away from messages during my break.

I’ll be back feeling refreshed, recharged & ready to welcome you all back for some well-deserved relaxation. 🤍

❤️Welcome weekend ❤️

What will you do for yourself this weekend?

Take some time to relax, to switch off, to chill out & make yourself feel good.

Having a nourishing self care routine planned can be just the thing to set your weekend off the right way.

Self care isn't just about finding ways to relax. It's about taking care of ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally, socially & spiritually.

Self care is essential for managing stress & preventing burnout

It can be difficult to know where to start with self care, the truth is, it looks different for each of us. For anyone who needs a little inspiration, here are some simple self care ideas that I like to use

💖 Burn a candle or some incense that have scents that bring joy & create a relaxing environment.

💖 Look at the stars.

💖 Put on a face mask.

💖 Take a bubble bath, complete with candles & calming music.

💖 Sit in a comfy chair & read.

💖 Spend some time in nature, get some fresh air & let all those cobwebs be blown away.

💖 unplug from social media for a while.

Self-care involves focusing on ourselves & taking time to rest, reflect, replenish & renew, taking the time to nourish & nurture all of who we are.

Take some self care time for yourself this weekend, you’re worth it 💖

I am very proud to be supporting Tottington's Big Day Out again this year

If you can, please come along & support this fantastic local community music event. It's a great opportunity to enjoy live music, bring people together, & celebrate everything that makes our community special.

Here's whats on offer on tomorrow and it all kicks off from 12 noon at Tottington St. John's Cricket Club on Beryl Avenue.

Succumb to relaxation as your session starts with a luxurious full body massage.

The areas of your body that need extra attention can be focused on to make your massage more personalised & bespoke to you with an individual & therapeutic approach to tackling knots & tension in your body using knowledge & experience to create a unique experience targeting each clients individual needs.

With its soothing effect on the sensory nerve endings in the skin, this treatment will promote relaxation & relieve muscular tension.

Moving onto your acupressure facial. A blissful treatment in itself, where your therapist will provide expertly applied gentle stimulation to your facial acupressure points, designed to relieve stress & tension in the face, can be used to relieve tension in the jaw & soothe headaches.
