Summer solstice cacao ceremony 💛

A beautiful evening of reflection as we meet the midpoint of the year and the sun peaks in its fullness - throwing us into the fiery light of the longest day this Sunday.

We looked at where we need to shine a light in our lives and what we needed to let go of in order to be in our own fullness and abundance.

We enjoyed music and poetry and set intentions with meditation, cacao and beautiful sharing.

This weekend take some time for you, to reflect and manifest your true desires hopes and dreams. You deserve the best of life…you really do 💛

May I honour what has brought me here.

May I release what no longer belongs to me.

May I trust what is unfolding, even when I cannot see the whole path.

May I choose joy without guilt, rest without apology, and love without fear.

May I remember that, like the sun, I do not need to strive to shine… I only need to rise. 🌞✨

Reiki Master in the house 🎉

Last week Hayley completed her reiki master course and it’s been a lovely journey to take with her.

Hayley’s reiki training journey began in 2019 and it’s been a very personal healing journey for her…each person is unique and each journey reflects that.

Hayley has had a family and moved quite a distance in that time and her reiki journey has continued at the pace she had been comfortable with.

I think she’s amazing and I’m very happy we got to this special day together 🎉❤️🎉

Summer Cacao Ceremony - 19th June 7-10pm

During this Friday evening three hour ceremony we use the powerful plant medicine of Ceremonial Cacao, sacred space, journeying, meditation, reflection, discussion and ceremony. We will come together in the month of light to open our hearts, to gently lean in and soften the edges, encouraging release, empowerment, healing and joy.

In June we have the summer solstice and the most sunlight...the solar power on the planet is at its highest and we are getting restored by this powerful light after a long winter and spring. We each hold within us our own light and it’s possible to expand and develop this light to feel more empowered, revitalised and restored, increase joy and playfulness and feel more alive and vital.

We are tapping into the powerful energy of the sun, the star that is our planets vital source of energy together with our own solar plexus chakra energy and the healing light we hold within.

When The Chakra Room first opened, there weren’t many places locally where people could explore health, wellbeing and spirituality. We were a little bit different, and many of you took a chance on us. For that, I’ll always be grateful.

Fast forward to today, and things have changed beautifully. There are now so many wonderful therapists, healers, teachers and wellbeing spaces for people to choose from. I genuinely see that as a positive. The more opportunities people have to nurture themselves, the healthier and happier our community becomes.

In a world where so much depends on algorithms and social media, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for continuing to walk through our doors, to attend therapies, workshops, courses and retreats, and for trusting us to be part of your journey.

I’d also like to ask for a little favour. We often hear people say, “I found you because someone recommended you,” and it reminds me that people are far more powerful than any algorithm.

You are the algorithm.

Sunday morning Rumi ❤️

As we enter the week of the summer solstice…I know the weather isn’t showing up too well right now but we are approaching the longest day 💛

It’s a perfect and important practice to connect to the energy of the sun and to the divine sun within you 💛

We often seek illumination outside of ourselves…it’s what some people believe is the spiritual path, an eternal seeking of ‘the light’. Spiritual addiction, and spiritual bypassing are very common and only true and deep reflection can reveal this and mirror this back to you.

None but the sun can display the sun” is Rumi’s way of saying that the deepest reality cannot be revealed by anything lesser than itself.

The task of the spiritual life is not to create that reality, but to become capable of seeing the light that has always been shining…your light…your amazing light is there waiting to be revealed.

What can the fire energy of the sun teach you about your light? What can you shine a light on in your life? Where do you need energy and fire to activate dreams into realities 🔥

You are brilliant and bright and maybe you just need to remember so…

Thank you to everyone who continues to support me and The Chakra Room we are very grateful to those of you who book therapies, meditations, ceremonies and workshops. You aren’t only keeping me (Sam) in the best job ever but you are keeping a community space going.

A space where healing happens, worries are shared alongside laughter and growth and beautiful friendships are made and that’s is definately something this world needs more of 💜
