10 Favourite things from May that made my Heart happy 💛

1. A spontaneous weekend away walking to Rudyard lake, making the most of the beautiful weather in the uk
2. beautiful review from a lovely patient
3. Reading 4 books, a very yin activity. This was my fave, SO good.
4. Flowers from for Mums birthday
5. Visiting my 100 year old Grandma - incredible jing!
6. Trying a new restaurant with friends. This was where I went with the Turkish eggs were insanely good
7. Travel to Italy for half term
8. The colour of the sea in Sorrento
9. Quality girl time with my daughter, sister and niece
10. Ava the avocado

These things all made me feel joy this month. In Chinese medicine, Joy is the emotion of the Heart, and doing what you love nourishes the Heart shen. Living a life and doing work you love isn’t just good for your mood, it’s medicine 💛

There’s a reason more and more people are turning to acupuncture to support them in their fertility journey.

It takes 90 days for an egg or s***m to fully mature before being released so consistent treatment starting 3 months before your treatment begins is best.
BUT research shows some acupuncture during IVF is better than none.

Reach out if you are looking for support during your fertility journey 🤍
