Your placenta is precious and is also an organ from your body, containing possible blood bourne pathogens. It is incredibly important it is handled correctly and your remedies are prepared in a way that makes them safe to consume. Dose - when you receive your capsules you will receive full instructions and general dosage guidance. The reality is that different dosages work for different women and at different times. If you feel you need a boost, take more. If baby is having a growth spurt, take more to help support your milk production if breastfeeding. If you’re feeling well and energised stick with the dose you’re taking or even try to reduce it a little. Every body is different and I am always here to ask questions before and after baby is born
