πŸ“£ WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE A SAY IN YOUR GP PRACTICE?

Eastfield Medical Centre is looking for patients to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).

We want to hear from the people who use our services. Our PPG works alongside the practice team to share ideas, give feedback and help us improve the services we provide.

⏰ Just 4 hours a year

The commitment is small, around 4 hours per year, but your views could make a real difference.

As a member, you can:

* πŸ’¬ Share your views and ideas
* πŸ₯ Help us improve our services
* πŸ“’ Represent the views of our patients and community
* 🀝 Have a say in future plans and changes at the practice

You don’t need any medical knowledge or previous experience. We would particularly like our group to represent the wide range of patients who use Eastfield Medical Centre, all ages and backgrounds are welcome.

πŸ’™ Interested in joining us?
Please send us a private message, speak to a member of our reception team, or ask for more information when you’re next in the practice.

Your practice. Your community. Your voice.

Important Practice Update

We are aware that some patients have recently experienced delays with their repeat prescriptions, and we would like to sincerely apologise to everyone who has been affected.

We have identified the issue and have taken immediate steps to address it. Additional pharmacist support is now in place, and we are working through any outstanding prescription requests as quickly as possible.

If you are waiting for a prescription that has not reached your nominated pharmacy, please contact the practice and we will ensure it is prioritised.

We understand how important it is for patients to receive their medication on time, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we resolve this issue.
