My first spiritual teacher.
My Nanna.
My spiritual journey began when I was a kid.
My Nanna began her healing journey in her 30s as she was diagnosed with MS- a lifelong neurological condition which causes intense fatigue and pain among other symptoms.
She explored many treatments and options to manage this, including Reiki. Many of those included “alternative” medicinal practises such as acupuncture, meditation and yoga. She was a follower of Buddhism, though not strictly a Buddhist, as she adapted the teachings to her own way of life.
She always influenced me to be myself. Whether that be in the way I dress, providing a safe emotional space to express myself, our shared love for learning & encouraging my creativity.
Her gentle compassion throughout such pain inspires me to love the world unconditionally- no matter the challenges it throws at us.
She was and IS the biggest believer in me and my story. I think we understand each other on multiple different levels- even when no words are to be said.
It is so wonderful to be loved by her.

I love you Nanna. You are my soulmate. In this life time and all the rest ♥️

🪽🦋 SIGNS🦋🪽

Divine signs come to us in many different ways. We all have the innate ability to tune into them. Signs are not just for “spiritual” people, they are for those who are open to receiving them.
I look out for:
🐿️ Animals- the way they interact with us is sometimes spirit trying to get our attention and reconnect with nature around us.
🪶 Feathers - those ones that float by as you are thinking of a loved one, or needed a pick-me-up. That’s a reminder that heaven is right here on Earth (if you look in the right places).
🪽”Angel” numbers - my favourite repeating numbers are 333,222,444,888. I see them EVERYWHERE!
🙊 Other synchronicities- those moments where you think of calling a friend and they call you or a reoccurring message that keeps coming back around to you
💤 Dreams- reoccurring dreams may point to unresolved feelings in our psyche. I often get through messages in my dreams such as crystals to work with or precognitive messages that will then often play out in real time although other dreams are complete nonsense! 🤭
So next time you are reminded of a loved one unexpectedly or synchronously, take that sign and know it in your heart, that heaven has a way of speaking to us - we just have to learn their language 🌹🦋💕

Adhd is not a mental illness- it’s a neurobiological difference. Your brain is quite literally structured differently. This, paired with autism, creates some funky symptoms for me on and off the playing field. Partying and social masking EXHAUSTS my autism & ADHD already has a lengthy list of deregulating symptoms. When I put alcohol in the mix- it gets interesting. Disclaimer: I do not judge anyone for their personal choices 🥂🍾
The following day, alcohol leaves me feeling anxious. With the changes of dopamine and noradrenaline the brain can find it tricky to balance out again. I live such a high paced life and have solid ambition for my business and my personal healing that I made the decision to cut it out of my life completely, although I still party along with those that do without judgement 😀🥳
I think alcohol is largely normalised in our society, with a new generation being born to re-write the script to say that it really isn’t for everyone. I’m seeing more and more non-drinkers and I’m LOVING IT!

Grief comes in all sorts of shapes, sizes and experiences. Not all linked with death in particular. A loss of someone still physically alive is ambiguous loss. We can experience anticipating grief, estrangement, letting go of relationships or personal dreams & even grieving someone we’ve never met. These all create a psychological wound that our body has to mourn.
Some say there are 5 stages to grief: denial, anger, the “if I do this it’ll get better”, the depression, and acceptance. For the most, this is considered true. Sometimes we can feel these in stages, waves, overlapping each other, contradicting each other, in cycles. It’s easy to try to block it out, but all too prevalent when we try. It seems like the price of loving someone so deeply.
So what can grief teach us?
Surely there’s a lesson in it.
Well, actually, many. From grief we learn the value of time, the value of love. That love and pain can coexist. That life & death are absolutely true in all things. But mostly, the cycles of life and rebirth in every day. Each day is a chance to start again, adjust your path, and grow around grief, taking with us our pride and wisdom that we picked up along the way🪽💕🫧🧚‍♀️
PS: I chose this spot to honour what the world has had to grieve across time including the life we have lost due to war, control and conflict 🌍☮️

This is me. Journaling. Doing the shadow work.
As a healer, you should be practising your craft. Since life is ever evolving and changing, nothing is predictable. Life gives you lemons sometimes 🍋Therefore, we never really stay the same. Therefore, we will always need to practise healing. Healing is not about being “fixed”. For me, the first step to being a good healer is being authentic and REAL. When experiencing life’s lemons, journaling helps me process what I’m feeling ✏️ It also helps me access deeper parts of myself. And question myself, which I think is incredibly important to my personal development & to the evolution of humanity. I was born different, so I will continue to be different and make the difference the world needs by being beautiful - which includes healing. The more I heal, the more i can recognise, relate and respond. I can advise from a place of love and usher the rest of the world back to love & light.
I will always journal. I will always wonder and I will always think.

Still available for bookings - send me a message for any healing 💕💖✨🥰

I don’t know how I only just found out I was autistic like last year lol.
Having gone through so much in my life wondering why I was so different, this makes complete sense. It also helps me to understand parts of my life that I really struggled with, especially socially and a sense of belonging.
Unfortunately there are still certain stigmas. Sometimes it’s safe to take off the mask, sometimes it’s not. Even with close friends and family it’s hard for me to navigate that. The things I struggle most with are my stims & ticks, thought loops and hyper-fixations. My current hyper fixation is Michael Jackson 😭 This can last for weeks or months.
In an already intensely stimulating world, stims and ticks help the autistic nervous system regulate. Having to mask these is incredibly exhausting. And unfortunately thought loops are a common symptom of the autistic brain, as we often have the drive to understand why. Every time. And it’s hard to put it down without an answer. And most of this life is a mystery. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE EXHAUSTION 😵‍💫 Although, luckily, I can tell my autism to chill nowadays… But you don’t want to know about the ADHD and the autism arguing with each other 😂 that’s another story…
Anyway, that’s just a glimmer of the autistic spectrum. And I’m incredibly grateful to be different now that I accept it. Enjoy the sunshine today🌷💖🪻🌀🌙
