Regular exercise helps regulate the nervous system by lowering stress hormones like cortisol and releasing feel-good chemicals such as endorphins and serotonin.
Movement also helps the body release built-up stress and tension stored in the muscles and nervous system.
Regular training can help the brain and body learn how to move out of stress mode and back into a calmer, more balanced state.
This is why many people feel calmer, clearer and emotionally better after exercise. Of course if Muay Thai is not your thing, gentle exercise such as a walk or yoga session can give us the same boost when we need it 🪷🌈

🌬️ Emotions🌬️
The past few days has reminded me the importance of grounding during uncertainty.
My energy felt off from the get-go so I did my yoga, meditation, cacao journey and I used music therapy and journalling to process some deep emotions.
All people have these deep emotions and I think it is really important to honour them and understand them as the emotions will guide you once you tune into them & respect or release them.
Cycles is a natural part of life 🌀
Our emotions are a spectrum.
My job is to heal them with gentle awareness that this too shall pass.
It might be in an hour, later today, it might be in a year, but I won’t always feel this way. Emotions are energy in motion.
Sending you lots of air and angelic light today and always 🪽🌬️🌀🐚

Neuroplasticity is the ability for the brain to re-organize itself, its neuro connections in response to something new. Eg learning, accident, experience or trauma. By mentally shifting lower, heavy energy into new connections, we are able to REWIRE our brains to serve US. Affirmations tap into our subconscious mind, which controls much of our life (sometimes unbeknown to us). Affirming positive ‘I AM’ statements, we can shift our sense of self to a more positive, resilient state of thinking and being, which extends to our decision making and therefore whole lives.
