Important Patient Notice!
We have been alerted by several patients that letters from an internet pharmacy are being posted to local households.
Please be aware: This mailing is NOT from our pharmacy, and it is NOT an official letter from NHS England or your GP surgery.
What you need to know:
⚠️ It changes your chosen pharmacy: The letter contains a blue form titled "Repeat Prescription Registration Form". If you fill out this form, sign it, or scan the QR code, your prescription nomination will be automatically transferred away from us to another pharmacy without further notice.
⚠️ How to stay with us: If you are happy receiving your medications from our pharmacy, simply ignore the letter and discard the form. Do not post it back or scan the QR code.
⚠️ If you already signed or sent it back: Don't worry! Contact us by phone, pop into the pharmacy, or send us a message, and we can immediately set your nomination back to our pharmacy.
⚠️ Please inform elderly relatives, friends, and neighbors who may mistake this letter for an official instruction from their GP or local pharmacy.
