So today saw the last of the marathon runners comming in for their post run recovery massages.

Its been a busy few months for us in the run up to the London marathon, Brighton Marathon, Island run ( and a few others) and we feel like we have run the 26.2 miles with you.

Now its time for us to chill and enjoy a long weekend to rest and recover, ready to go again in May with Football, Rugby, Athletics seasons starting pre season training.

The good news is we are a bit quieter in the diary for a few weeks so take advantage and get yourselves booked in before round 2 commences.

London marathon this weekend.
Months of training will come to fruition
The mind as well as the body will need a chance to recover, repair and reset.
