Fresh lashes don’t stay fresh without a little maintenance.

Your natural lashes are constantly moving through their growth cycle, which means shedding is completely normal — and your extensions will naturally shed with them.

Regular infills replace those lost lashes, tidy up your set and keep everything looking full, fluffy and beautifully even.

Leaving it too long can mean there aren’t enough extensions remaining for an infill and a new full set may be needed.

Because feeling good isn’t just about how we look. It’s about feeling strong, confident and connected to ourselves too.

I'll be focusing on pelvic floor health, rebuilding confidence, increasing libido, women’s wellbeing and helping you feel more like YOU again. 🤍

Then on Monday 28th September at 7pm, our next 4 WEEK FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAMME begins in Hedge End Village.

I’m genuinely so excited for this new chapter and to create a supportive space where women can feel comfortable talking about the things we don’t talk about enough. 🫶🏼
