❓Healthy fats are the backbone on your hormone system, they’re literally the raw materials your body uses to build s*x hormones, support brain function and keep inflammation in check. Cutting them too low can throw everything off. Despite the old myths, fats don’t make you fat, overeating anything does. The key is choosing the right ones, think oily fish, nuts, seeds , avocado, olive oil. These fats keep your hormones firing, your metabolism humming, and your body feeling balanced.
