The new updated timetable ready for September

Including a new evening Legs Glutes and Core (formally legs bums and tums) - this class utilities my PT and pilates knowledge!!

Reformer classes - 3 clients per class. £18 PAYG. £68 for a block of 4.

You can book direct through me or via the website - but a small fee will be added which goes direct to the company (they will be added to the booking link over the weekend)

Here's the new and updated timetable

In regards to reformer - there are only 3 beds. I want to keep class sizes small so it's more personal, I can get to know you and your body etc and you will get maximum benefit out of your session! I will be hands on during these sessions making corrections, verbally and manually adjusting body positioning etc

Block bookings are welcome and that will secure your space.

If you and a few mates would like to book in please contact me! If I have space in my diary I can absolutely book you! You do not need to wait for a space from one of the timetable sessions!

I will also be offering one to one sessions for £35. This is where you will get to utilise all my knowledge together. PT, mat pilates, reformer, nutrition, posture analysis, imbalances, weaknesses - I've got you
