Shouting 'Were Amazing' at one of our Care professional meetings! Truly appreciating all of our wonderful care professionals and the support they provide to their clients. Celebrating new carer achievements and recognition of the years others have spent with Home Instead. With Aliyah who has truly gone above and beyond, saving a mans life following a brutal attack, then returning to her clients as normal! All in a days work Eh!! Your all truly Amazing 👏 ❤️

Home instead have visited my mother for several years and given my sister and myself peace of mind. My mother is 92 and suffers with Alzheimer’s. The staff support mum with tasks around the house which includes meals, giving medication and are dedicated to her needs. We are highly satisfied with the care and attention given.

Great time at the Memory Café this week, with a visit from the Sutton coldfield rock choir. Some great songs with some wonderful memories surfacing with our visitors that come to see us every week.

We have received live-in care plus hourly care for my mum for over a year now.
The care that mum receives is truly exceptional. The carers work so hard to attend to her needs and keep her comfortable in her own home and take her out for some social activities, such as attending dementia cafes and trips to Costa which she loves.
Mum’s dementia means that she is very routine-bound but her carers manage to navigate this and make sure that she is happy but ultimately safe.
We can’t praise the carers at Home Instead enough. They are invaluable to us - thanks a million!

Some great singing, dancing, socialising, and making new friends over the last few weeks at the Memory cafes and the HAHA club. Great atmosphere with the Ukulele band, singing for the brain with Andy Cockerill and new friendships forming with Harrys Haha club.
