With temperatures set to rise next week, it’s important to take care of yourself in the heat.

💧 Drink plenty of fluids and don’t wait until you feel thirsty
🌳 Stay somewhere cool, especially during the hottest part of the day
🧴 Wear light clothing, use sun protection and avoid too much direct sunlight
💙 Check in on friends, family and neighbours who may be more vulnerable to the effects of heat

If you're experiencing a minor eye condition, you can access expert assessment and treatment through the Primary Eyecare Service.

This service is available for a range of conditions, including:
🔹 Red or painful eyes
🔹 Sudden changes in vision
🔹 Flashes or floaters
🔹 Foreign bodies in the eye
🔹 Other minor eye concerns

Simply visit the Primary Eyecare website, enter your postcode, and choose a provider near you. Contact your chosen service to arrange an appointment. Appointments are often provided within 24 hours.

⚠️ Please do not attend without contacting the service first.
