We have a soft opening date for 1st October 2026, when our Osteos, Physios and Sports Therapists will make their moves - followed shortly by our Foot Health Practitioners a week or so later 👏

Moms in Motion with Ellen Joyce | Osteo & Women’s Health Practitioner is back!

This multi-time sell-out series of classes is baby-friendly and focuses on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor postpartum ❤️

Ellen is a Women’s Pelvic Health specialist, and has designed this course of Pilates based exercise to allow more women to access her expertise after birth, and bridge the gap between your six week check and returning to exercise 💪

The course runs for six weekly sessions from the beautiful Stable Studio in
