A little reminder to you all about staying safe in the sun.

👙🧴🕶️👒Make sure to apply at least a factor spf 30 sun lotion. Take extra precautions if the uv level is 3 or above, cover up, sunglasses and hats.

🧴🌊Re apply sun lotion regularly at least every 2 hours and straight after being in water.

🕙 Stay out of the sun between 10am and 4pm

💧Keep hydrated! Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

Your future skin will thank you! ❤️

Really pleased to have completed the MASCED (Melanoma and skin cancer early detection) with Skcin Accredited Skin Cancer Training programme☀️

A really valuable course that’s given me more confidence in recognising potential signs of skin cancer and supporting early detection through my day-to-day work and conversations with clients. While I can’t diagnose, I can help identify when something may need further investigation or checking by a GP or specialist.
