Many of us don't have a problem with commitment.

What we struggle with is committing to our bloody selves .

We commit to everything external, outside of us.

Learnt that everyone else's needs came first.

We keep going.

When we're tired & depleted.

Our body is waving red flags.

A chance to write a different belief.

Stop repeating patterns that no longer fit who we are becoming.

The wolf doesn't survive because it walks alone.

It survives because it knows when to run with it's pack of choice.

💚It's time to fully open your heart. 🌹

Throughout the ages, roses have been associated with the heart and have traditionally been given as a symbol of love.

Have you ever convinced yourself it's safer to walk alone?

I did.

Since birth.

Born premature at home with no signs of life.

Resuscitated.

Then whisked away into an incubator.

Not exactly the warmest welcome to Earth.

My June Galactic Soul Note guidance spoke about connection.

Wounds of the heart.

Betrayal.

The times where life taught it is safer to walk alone.

I suspect many know that feeling.

We become very street wise humans.

We figure things out.

We solve problems.

We carry on.

Yesterday would have been Marilyn Monroe's 100th birthday.

Another 2026 centenarian, alongside Weleda Skin Food and Queen E II.

I've always been fascinated by Marilyn's life and death.

The stories of her challenges, her magnetic energy that catapulted her to Hollywood fame, with the flip side of a life that often appeared isolated and alone.

A deep need for connection that never felt fully met.

Seeing Marilyn's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was a magical experience for me back in 2010.

My hands fitted into her handprints as though they were my own.

Being surrounded by people is not the same as feeling connected.

Being admired is not the same as feeling understood.

Being visible is not the same as feeling seen.

This month's Galactic Soul Note spoke about walking alone.

We aren't meant to do life alone.

We do need to walk our own path to find our people, our pack.

Connection isn't measured by how many people know you.

It's measured by how safe you feel to be yourself in your own and others presence.

🧠Don't forget to charge your crystals under the this 2nd Full Moon in May 🌕
