Great teamwork at today's Cook and Count session with students at the high school! 👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳

The group got hands on in the kitchen baking apple and chocolate buns before putting their carbohydrate counting skills into practice and working out the carb content of their creations.

Learning practical skills in a fun way is a fantastic way to build confidence around food, diabetes management, and independent decision making. Well done to everyone involved today! 🍎🍫🧁
