6 years ago I went for a walk, it was 8 days after the loss of our beloved dad.
I was feeling emotional and had a couple of wobbles so we grabbed the dogs and headed out for a walk for some fresh air and to blow those cobwebs away.
Not long into the walk I swear I felt somebody and could hear a person walking behind me, the gravel crunching but nobody could be seen, I could “feel” someone.
We kept walking and further into the walk I saw this Little Rock placed on a bench. This is the Cho Ku Rei symbol used in Reiki, practitioners use this symbol to direct energy for physical healing, space clearing and to restore emotional balance, amongst many other techniques.
Finding that rock and picking it up left me feeling much lighter and less emotional. I needed that divine intervention and it came to me at exactly the right moment in my day, I knew dad was with me 💙💙
Now, not everyone will think how I think, or feel how I feel, but when you know.. you know 🙌
