From Residential homes, Fostering services to our wrap around Hub services that provide community, home, and short break support. 🧁☕ Tea, cake and a little friendly competition…

Yesterday, our Progress team came together for an afternoon tea in support of Breast Cancer Now, and, naturally, we couldn't resist turning it into a little bake-off too! 👀

Our bakers brought out some seriously impressive creations, and after some very important judging, we had our top three…

🥇 Karen – Madagascar vanilla & white chocolate blondies
🥈 Claire – lemon drizzle cake
🥉 Emma – rice crispy cakes

A huge well done to everyone who baked, donated, judged and joined us! 💗

It was a lovely afternoon with the team, and we're so pleased that we could raise money for Breast Cancer Now while doing what we do best… eating cake.

We're looking for a Fostering Engagement Worker to champion fostering, build meaningful relationships, deliver engaging campaigns, and support prospective foster carers throughout their journey.

Bringing energy, creativity, and excellent communication skills, you'll help turn enquiries into applications and strengthen our fostering network across the Midlands. You'll play a key role in our recruitment journey, ensuring prospective foster carers feel supported from their first enquiry through to application, helping more children and young people access the care and support they deserve.

💷 £30,000-£35,000
⏰ 30 hours per week
🚗 Driver with access to a vehicle essential
