New sign, what’s everyone’s thoughts?

Signs of spring are upon us, bees are bringing in plenty of pollen, possibly willow and blackthorn.

Got to be careful this time of year as the temperatures are still very variable. Just got to remember we’re not quite there yet and the girls will do what they need to do to survive!

No inspections yet, just a case of making sure they have feed and observe the hive entrances!

Won’t be long and we’ll bee crazy mad and super busy as will the bees 🐝

Lost a couple of colonies over winter which is sad but nature will do what nature will do, all we can do is give them the best chance possible!!

All our nucs are now sold but if anyone is interested in getting into bee keeping we should have some available end of spring and though-out summer..

Honey stocks are limited but we still have enough to see us through until the spring crop is ready!

It’s been a long winter and we’re glad to see the season starting and can’t wait to see our amazing and valued customers again!

Christmas has landed at willon orchard!

Still a few bits to sort (more trees and lights)been a mad few weeks with sorting wedding, The actual wedding, honeymoon and getting back settled into normal life (work) after such an amazing few weeks.

No rest for the wicked as we don’t know how to sit still, life is too short. So now to get into Christmas and the spirit of what it all means.
