Sometimes life throws us a curveball… and this isn’t the easiest thing to share.

Some things in life are simply outside of our control, and right now I’m learning to move with the ebbs and flows, rather than resist what’s unfolding.

So, from 1st September, Feel & Flow will be going mobile. ✨

I’ll be saying goodbye to my beautiful studio space for now, whilst I take some time to find the right new space for Feel & Flow to call home.

But I want to reassure those of you who already have appointments booked from 1st September, your appointments will still take place at the studio as planned. This will give me a little time to gently transition out of the space.

And if you’ve already enquired and are waiting for me to get back to you, don’t worry, I’ll still be honouring your appointment here at the studio too. 💗

Change can feel scary but I’m choosing to trust that there’s something beautiful waiting on the other side of this transition.

For now, Feel & Flow is coming to you. 🏡🚙

Due to some personal changes, I’ll be moving out of my current location, which means my beautiful studio room will be changing too.

Mobile appointments will be available every Tuesday & Wednesday, with a limited number of spaces each week.

And during this transition, studio appointments are still available as normal. If you already have a studio appointment booked, your treatment is absolutely secured here. 💖

I’m currently introducing Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and I’m looking for 5 more people to be part of my case study clients. 🤍

MLD is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid around the body.

It can be particularly lovely for supporting:
✨ Fluid retention & puffiness
✨ A feeling of heaviness or sluggishness
✨ Supporting natural lymphatic flow
✨ Post-travel or times when your body feels a little stagnant
✨ Deep relaxation and a sense of lightness within the body

The treatment will be 75 minutes and, as part of my case study offering, will be £55.

📅 Case study appointments will take place between 12th–28th August.

In exchange for the reduced treatment price, I’ll ask you to:

We’ve landed in the Ancient Isle of Avalon, the heart chakra of the world 💗🌎

Tomorrow we immerse ourselves into the The Glastonbury Goddess Conference to be surrounded by beautiful energy and creativity.

I’m honouring my mind and body and will be taking a digital detox 30th - 31st July. Allowing myself to be totally in the moment. My phone will be ok aeroplane mode.
