‼️10 years anniversary ‼️

Would you believe it?It all started in my bedroom, divided when needed with 2 room dividers.
After that, a little room upstairs in my house and then I built my cabin. Still isn't paid off, though!😂
It all started with massage and feet reflexology, followed up by reiki, face reflexology, cupping & Indian head massage. I even dipped my toes in pedicure (pun intended ) and realised I dont like painting nails 😂 (I might restart the foot care though-we will see).Over the 10 years, I've met many amazing people , and many of you are now my friends. We laugh together, maon, and whinge together, too 🤣 I love my job even though being self-employed can be stressful sometimes 😉Thank you all for being with me for 10 years, thank you for being with me now and trusting me.Here is to another 10 years my dear people 🥂🎉

Hello everyone. Apparently, this is the last day of the heat. I hope so, cause my body and business can not take it anymore. So many rescheduled, cancelled . I only wish we could sweat fat as much as we can sweat water 😂 I would be size 6💁‍♀️😁.

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend, enjoying the sunshine 🌞
Im having my daughter, her partner, and my gorgeous granddaughter over for dinner today. Im making a chicken on a bottle. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend it for its juiciness and crunchy skin. Here is my availability for next week.

FEET PAIN AFTER HIP REPLACEMENT CASE STUDY
82 years old gentlemen. Came with very painful feet (especially the left foot). He had a successful left hip replacement surgery a few weeks ago. Since then, he has noticed that his left foot became painful when walking.
Upon initial assessment , I noticed that his left foot doesn't flex up as much as the right one does. *Sometimes people suffer a foot drop after hip replacement if the nerves or muscles were damaged. X said that the doctor gave all clear. I have
explained that the pain could be due to the adjustment body has made after the hip surgery by putting more pressure on the left side, I have also explained that this can be irreversible and be due to "wear and tear"
X Booked series of 4 Weekley
reatments. The treatments were designed to bring circulation and included a range of stretches and a calf massage. I also advised more suitable footwear to support the arches.
*After just 1st treatment, X.noticed an improvement and lack of pain.
*2 nd treatment X walked in without valking stick and said it all felt much better.
I have decided to keep the initial protocol.
*3rd treatment (we had 2 weeks gap to x not feeling well- he didn't tell me about his digestive problems during consultation)
His left foot started to ache again. I have added Chinese reflexology protocol focused on vitality and extra focus on the digestive system.
*4th treatment X walked in without his stick again.
After the 4th treatment, we usually discuss with the client if they see any improvement and decide on the course of action.
X decided he wants to come for another 4 weekly treatments as the benefits of reflexology are visible.
