Meet Repower Founder & Presenter Trainer for the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute -
Rachael Davis
Rachael is the founder of Repower, an APPI Presenter Trainer, and Certified Athletic Trainer. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation, professional qualifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, and Leadership Coaching. Her background also includes published research on Pilates, exploring its relationship with back pain and deep abdominal muscle function.
With over 20 years of experience, Rachael has worked across hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, sports, and studio settings. Her experience includes working as world champion boxer Katie Taylors Sports Rehab Therapist for a decade, alongside people navigating pain, injury, stress, and changes in their health.
Rachael brings together movement, mindset, and emotional awareness to support the whole person. Her teaching combines a physio-informed approach with careful attention to alignment, technique, and individual needs, helping people move with greater confidence and build strength for everyday life.
Through Repower and her work as an educator, Rachael helps bridge the gap between rehabilitation and ongoing well-being. She supports clients in taking an active role in their health and equips teachers with the knowledge and practical skills to deliver thoughtful, personalised Pilates instruction.
Known for her empathy, expertise, and grounded presence, Rachael offers a compassionate approach shaped by both professional knowledge and lived experience - as a business owner since 2003, and as a mum to teenagers. Her work is about transforming pain into power: helping people develop the strength, confidence, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Her philosophy is simple: investing in your movement, strength, and well-being today builds your health pension for the years ahead.
