☀️ Begin with 45 minutes of gentle Vinyasa yoga surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings, guided by Olga — a teacher with experience across Ireland and Australia. Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning to your practice, or already love it, this session is designed for everyone.

Move with intention through mindful breathwork, gentle flow and deep relaxation.

No lunch menu today in the Cafe, my apologies but I’m away at an event with the bakery so Zoe and Ildiko from the bakery are in the cafe today and just to make it easier for them there is no lunch menu today and we close at 4pm, apologies about this, back as normal next Sunday 🙏 thanks for understanding
