Feeling very grateful after a beautiful weekend with Sylvia Parsons and The Shamanic Institute, deepening my connection with the element of Water. 🌊💙

Over the two days, we spent time at a river and by the ocean, sharing ceremony, teachings, laughter, and connection. It was so lovely to be back with my tribe again.

One message that really stayed with me was:

"The river doesn't have to be perfect to reach the sea. It twists, turns, and meets obstacles along the way, yet it always finds its way."

A gentle reminder that we don't have to have everything figured out—we just need to trust the journey and keep flowing.
