Something is ending, and a new chapter is beginning. 🌞🌚

As an energy healer, I often see how a sudden pause is exactly what our creativity needs to reset. Sometimes, a redirection or a closed door is simply protection from a draining path that no longer serves our highest good.

For me personally, this portal feels like a total eclipse of the heart chakra. This time last year, I lost my 16-year-old cat. This year, I lost my 9-year-old dog—both gone within just 363 days of each other. It is an incredibly tender, raw time. While the tarot reminds us that we hold the cards to our own destiny, sometimes the highest spiritual approach is to surrender, step back, and let these profound changes transform us.

Whatever this Leo Eclipse is stirring up in your own energetic field, trust that it is unfolding to clear space for your true alignment.

I hope your Summer Solstice was bright and energising. I celebrated my birthday in a truly holistic way this year — and this time, in Belfast.

Something for the heart: As a lifelong cat lover, I couldn’t resist visiting I spent the sweetest time with their residents, Teddy and Granny. I love the idea of connecting with rescue cats on their terms and seeing who naturally vibes with you. It’s such a gentle approach to wellbeing — simply sitting with animals, letting them choose you — and yes, you can adopt.

Something for the body: Delicious food and a touch of city glam. I may be deeply spiritual, but I’m also fully here for the human experience — balanced, embodied, and enjoying every part of this life.

Something for the spirit: I discovered the Giant’s Ring — a 200m henge just outside Belfast — and it was pure magic. A circular earthwork, a small passage tomb, and so much faery energy in the air. I love visiting Neolithic sites around the solstice to anchor intentions, reconnect with nature and ancient energies.
