🥹Bingo! I can relate! If you found it hard to find your voice growing up and are raising a girl now this might resonate!

🩷Most of us are striving for something different for our girls and building esteem and confidence in how they feel when speaking up starts at home

🥰This is exactly why and I created Raising Girls Who Thrive 2.0-
We want to share practical tools you can use each day to understand and support your girl

🩷🙌We want our girls to learn accountability, responsibility, and respect for others. We also want them to trust themselves, use their voice, and know that their feelings matter…our approach has you covered for both 🙌

😬The goal isn’t raising girls who simply do what they’re told.

🩷The goal is raising girls who develop a strong inner compass, healthy boundaries, and the confidence to stand up for themselves and others.

🎉We can’t wait to explore how to hold boundaries that build confidence rather than diminish it, and how to raise girls who are both kind and strong.

🙌We will also give you tools to understand and support:
✅The unique girl brain and development
✅Emotional regulation, expression and communication
✅Body autonomy, sexual development and consent
✅Social pressures, friendships and people pleasing
✅Playful and creative ways to support the above

😅Boundaries are one of the topics we’re most excited to explore in Raising Girls Who Thrive 2.0!

🤓As the creators of The F.I.R.M. Approach, we know that boundaries matter. But, when it comes to girls, there is often nuances needed in how they are delivered and the message we want to send..

🥹I wish this speech didn’t feel so relatable but it’s one that stayed with me after I watched Barbie because it articulated something that’s so hard to explain as a woman. The pressures to be everything, to get it right, to be liked, successful, selfless, confident….

🩷Girls are growing up with already impossible expectations on them and many are struggling- not to mention social media and the online world - “clean girl”, “that girl” culture, hypersexualised content, comparison culture, eating disorder content…

🩷Last year’s Raising Girl Who Thrive was a massive hit and it is back-new and improved - this year! Don’t miss out!

👏We will help you to get confident on everything from :
The unique girl brain and development
Emotional regulation, expression and communication
Body autonomy, sexual development and consent
Esteem, confidence having a voice and resilience
Social pressures, friendships and people pleasing
Playful@and creative ways to support the above

🙌Comment girls now to book €30 and you will also receive unlimited access to the replay- watch again and again as she grows
